• It's simple! You schedule a pickup window online, leave your laundry on the porch (or another spot you note), and I’ll pick it up, wash, dry, fold, and deliver it back to your doorstep.

Q: How should I prepare my laundry?

• You’ve got options! I’m all about making this easy.

• You can leave your laundry in a trash bag, a laundry bag, or your own hamper — whatever’s easiest.

• If you leave it in a hamper, I’ll return your clean, folded laundry bagged neatly inside your hamper.

• Whatever container you leave it in is what I will pick up - and your clean clothes will be returned in the same container, bagged neatly inside for freshness. ✨

Q: How do I know what my invoice price will be?

• Laundry is weighed after pickup and invoiced at a price per lb rate (selected during booking). You will receive a photo of your weighed laundry with the invoice link once laundry is weighed.

• Feel free to weigh your laundry at home to estimate pricing!

Q: Where do you pick up from? 🚗

• I serve the Beaufort, SC area, including base housing — I have base access (my husband is stationed at MCAS Beaufort).

Q: Can you wash kids' or baby clothes?

• Absolutely — as a mom, I know how important that is! Just let me know if you have detergent preferences (like Free & Clear for sensitive skin), and I’ll use those.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

• Life happens! You can reschedule or cancel through your confirmation email or by contacting me directly at beaufortlaundryfairy@gmail.com. I appreciate at least 12 hours' notice.
